For this limited release, we have taken our best Fortified Mead and aged it in French oak barrels for 18 months. Wonderful Vanilla and nutty notes from the wood combine with the natural Honey flavours and the warmth from the Alcohol to produce something so smooth and sweet that one sip is just not enough.
