In High demand and short supply. This years harvest from the Northcliffe area. Rich smooth and sweet all things Karri should be.
We haven't had this batch tested but previous harvests of Karri have seen good TA's.
Harvesting from the Karri usually occurs during the end of each calendar year and the beginning of the next. Each Karri (Eucalyptus Diversicolour) flowers just once every 7 years and the clusters of seven flowers are very difficult to see because they blossom way up high in this third tallest tree in the world, sometimes topping 80 metres in height. Karri Honey is golden in colour, smooth with a distinct flavour.
