Mead is one of the oldest and most traditional alcohols known to humanity, before making wine with grapes we started out by making wine from honey. To make our Mead we take honey, water and yeast and ferment to turn the sugar into alcohol. From there we add our spectacularly smooth Karri honey back through to add the sweetness back in and give our Mead its signature honey taste. Delightfully light and sweet, our honey mead is excellent paired with desserts.
