Our 250g Creamed Honey has been delicately smoothed, using time and temperature to
produce a decadent and spreadable honey with a difference.
We’ve infused this variety with our farm grown Lemon Myrtle, which has resulted in a subtle tasting honey from this bush tucker which is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti- viral properties.  The possibilities are vast, by combining this in your baking, or chicken and fish dishes or as a substitute to icing on cupcakes !
