This is our Traditional Honey Mead.
We make this light, slightly sweet blend by fermenting Karri Honey, Water & Yeast. This results in a smooth, easy drinking Mead perfect paired with cheese or as an after dinner treat.
That said - don't expect a Moscato. While this has a lightly sweet and distinctive honey taste this product is not designed to be overwhelmingly sweet. If you do prefer something with a sticky, sweet and more viscous blend see our Blonde Fortified Mead.
